1. Seller

Iván Flores Casasempere (trade name Veo by Kebes), tax ID 21687519Z, C/ Na Saurina d’Entença, 38, 2.º dcha., 03803 Alcoi (Alicante), Spain. Email info@veomod.com, phone +34 668 828 507.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the acquisition, free or paid, of the digital products offered on veomod.com: modules for PrestaShop and WordPress and related services. Placing an order implies accepting them.

3. Products

All products are digital. Each product page states its function, version, compatible PrestaShop or WordPress versions and requirements. Prices are shown with and without VAT as applicable.

4. Ordering

Add the products to the cart, enter your billing details, choose a payment method and accept these terms. The available payment methods are card (through Stripe) and bank transfer; free products require no payment. An order confirmation email is sent after the order.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered by download from the customer account as soon as the payment is confirmed (immediately for free products), as described in Delivery and downloads.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (which implements Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once its performance has begun. By accepting these terms before paying, the customer expressly consents to the download being made available immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. If the downloaded file does not work because of an error on our side, we will fix it or, if that is not possible, refund the price.

7. Licences

  • Free modules: distributed under the Academic Free License 3.0 (AFL-3.0), which allows using, modifying and redistributing them under the terms of that licence.
  • Paid modules: each purchase entitles you to use the module on one installation (one shop or website with its domain). Reselling, redistributing or sublicensing is not allowed. For more installations, purchase one licence for each.

8. Updates and support

Paid modules include 12 months of updates from the purchase date; after that, the customer keeps the latest version released within that period. They also include 3 months of email support for installing and using the module on the installation linked to the licence. Free modules can be updated by downloading the new version; support for them is provided on a best-effort basis.

9. Liability

Modules are tested on the versions stated on their page and are provided as is, without any warranty that they are error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for problems caused by other modules or themes, code modifications, unsupported server configurations or use other than intended.
  • Security: no software is free of vulnerabilities. When we learn of one, we release a version that fixes it; keeping the modules, PrestaShop and the server up to date is the responsibility of whoever installs them. We are not liable for damage arising from vulnerabilities unknown at the time of download, or from not installing the updates released.
  • Legal compliance: the modules are technical tools and do not constitute legal advice. Although some help to comply with specific rules (data protection, consumer law, invoicing…), each shop is responsible for configuring them and for checking that their use complies with the law of the countries where it sells.
  • Our total liability for any module is limited to the price paid for it; for free modules, to replacing or fixing it. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data or other indirect damage.

These limitations do not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or to consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law. We recommend making a backup before installing or updating any module.

10. Data protection

Personal data are processed as described in the Privacy policy.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If the buyer is a consumer, the courts of their domicile shall have jurisdiction; otherwise, the courts of Alcoi (Alicante, Spain).
