Fields marked as required in the forms are needed to handle the order or request. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with effects on you.
Newsletter and email notices
We only send you the newsletter if you asked for it. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to info@veomod.com.
Module version checks
Some modules check the public file veomod.com/modules.json once a day to announce new versions. That request sends no data about the shop; like any web request, the server logs the source IP address in its technical logs. The notice can be turned off in the module.
Recipients
We do not sell your data. To provide the service, the following providers access them on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:
- Web hosting and email of the website.
- Stripe (card payments and fraud prevention). Stripe may transfer data to the United States with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
- Overtracking (visit statistics without cookies).
- Google Fonts (website fonts): when they load, your browser sends your IP address to Google.
- Banks, for bank transfer payments, and the tax authorities when required by law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent at any time, by writing to info@veomod.com. You can view and change much of your data directly in My account. If you consider that your request has not been properly handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
