Payment methods
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and others), processed by Stripe. Card details are entered in Stripe’s secure form and never reach our server.
- Bank transfer: the account details are shown when you place the order. The order is enabled once the payment is received.
Security
The whole website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Stripe is PCI DSS compliant and applies the strong customer authentication (3D Secure) required by European rules when the bank requests it.
Invoice
If you need an invoice, request it from the order in My account › Order history. It is issued with the billing address details of the order; for a business, add the tax ID or VAT number to that address first. We will send it to you within 7 days.
