A «0.00 €» looks like a pricing mistake; «Free» is understood at a glance. We built it for veomod.com, where most modules cost nothing, and it is what you see on this page.

What it does

Replaces the price of products that cost 0 with the text «Free», on the product page and in category and search listings.
The text follows the visitor's language: «Free» in English, «Gratis» in Spanish, and it can be translated into any other language from the PrestaShop translations.
It does not change the real price: cart and orders work as before.

Compatibility

PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9, with themes that use the standard PrestaShop price block (Classic, Hummingbird and most others). No overrides.

Installation

Upload the ZIP from Modules > Module Manager. There are no settings: it works once installed.

Can I use another text, such as «No charge»?

Yes, from International > Translations > Module translations, looking for VEO Price Free Label.

Does it apply to products on sale that drop to 0?

Yes, any product whose final price is 0 shows the text.
