Almost every shop ends up needing a shipping notice, a legal text or some tool's code in a specific place. Editing the theme for that means doing it again on every update; with the module it is done from the back office.

What it does

One content field per language, with a visual editor or as raw HTML if you turn it off (to paste scripts or tracking codes).
A drop-down with every «display» hook in your shop, including your theme's and other modules': you choose where it shows.
No styles of its own: the block inherits your theme's and you can style it with the .veo-simple-html class.

Need more than one block?

Each installation places one block. To have several, at veomod.com/veo-simple-html you can generate copies of the module with another name, each with its own content and hook.

Compatibility

PrestaShop 1.6, 1.7, 8 and 9. No overrides.

Installation

Upload the ZIP from Modules > Module Manager, click «Configure», write the content and choose the hook.

Frequently asked questions

Can I paste a third-party script?

Yes, turn off the visual editor so the code is saved as is. Make sure the service complies with your cookie policy.

I do not know which hook to use

The most common are displayHome (home page), displayFooter (footer), displayProductAdditionalInfo (product page) and displayShoppingCart (cart).
