Frequently asked questions

Do the modules work on PrestaShop 9.2?

Each module page shows the PrestaShop versions it has been tested on, minor version by minor version, and the date of the last test. We only mark as compatible what we have tested.

How many shops can I install a module on?

The standard licence covers one shop in production plus its test copies. The agency licence allows unlimited installations in your clients' shops.

What does support include?

Three months of help with installation, configuration and any error of the module, and one year of updates.

What if the module does not work in my shop?

Write to us within 30 days of the purchase. We check it ourselves in your shop, so we will need access to the back office and, if needed, to FTP or the database; a test copy is better. If we confirm it does not work and we cannot fix it, we refund the full amount.

Can I ask for a feature the module does not have?

Yes. If the feature improves the module and can be useful to more shops, we add it in a next version at no cost to you. If only your shop needs it, we send you a quote.

Do you issue VAT invoices for companies and freelancers?

Yes. Request it from the order, in My account › Order history, with the details of your billing address, and we send it to you within 7 days.
